Affogatos

This is the world’s easiest (and maybe tastiest) dessert you can make. No cooking. No prepping. Just warm the espresso in the microwave before serving. Italian simplicity at its best!

Good vanilla ice cream (we like @vanleeuwenicecream)
Espresso (use decaf, about two shots for every three people)
Biscotti or shortbread cookies

Place a large scoop of ice cream in a small bowl or glass. Top with warm espresso and a cookie. Enjoy 💫
