Shishito Peppers
This is the quickest and healthiest bite you can make to serve along side cocktail- this couldn’t be easier! Char these babies up in a hot skillet in about 5 minutes. A squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of salt….voilà! Serve alongside our Strawberry Margarita ;)
8 oz shishito peppers
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lime
Half teaspoon flaky sea salt @maldonsalt
Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a medium sized pan (cast-iron skillet works great or our favorite the @scanpanusa) until very hot!!
Add the peppers in a single layer and cook, without touching, until blistered underneath, 3 to 4 minutes. Give the pan a shake, flip, and cook until blistered in spots about 1 to 2 minutes. Season with flaky salt and the lime juice and serve right away.
