Dried Oranges

Makes about 30ish orange slices

8 blood oranges

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.

Slices oranges into 1/8 inch slices.

Place orange slices on top of a wire rack on a baking sheet.

Place in the oven and cook about 4 hours, turning your pan every 30-45 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool on wire rack. Once cool you can use them to garnish cocktails and cheese boards, string them for garland or use flower wire to attach to wreaths or other greenery.
