Festive Ice Ring

Have you always dreamed of being the hostess who serves a delicious punch with a decorative ice ring? Same! These little touches make gatherings fun and festive and actually require little work or skill. Am I speaking your language?

First you want to make sure your Bundt pan fits inside your punch bowl - very important! Next, you are going to fill the bottom of the Bundt pan with about half an inch of water. Place that in the freezer and freeze it until solid. One solid, take the bundt pan out of the freezer and arrange a decorative layer of fruit. We recommend putting the limes in first and the cranberries in second but take your own creative path and choose ingredients that reflect the ingredients in your punch! Fill the Bundt pan with just enough water to just barely cover the decorative layer- if you put in too much water the fruit will float and your design will be ruined.

Placed the Bundt pan back in the freezer for a second freeze. Once the second layer is frozen, remove the Bundt pan and fill it up with the remaining desired amount of water and freeze it a final time, preferably overnight. When ready to use the ice ring, run hot water around the outside of the pan- it should pop right out!

Enjoy 💫
