Game Day Nachos

Here for the food! That’s our game day philosophy. And your housemates will be very impressed when you show off with these epic Nachos that couldn’t be simpler 💫

Game Day Nachos

1 lb. ground beef
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 packet of taco seasoning (we love Siete)
1 bag of tortilla chips
4 cups of shredded Mexican (we like it cheesy!)
Homemade or store bought guacamole
Homemade or store bought pico de gallo
Sour cream
Cilantro, minced
2 radishes, cut into matchsticks
1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeños

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the meat while breaking it up. Cook until no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Add black beans. Add taco seasoning packet mixed with 1/3 cup of water. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Spread 1/2 of chips along a large baking sheet. Top with half of the beef - bean mixture and two cups of cheese. Top with the remaining chips, beef - bean mixture and cheese, in that order. Bake in oven for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven and top nachos with mounds of guacamole, and sour cream. Sprinkle the pico de gallo, radishes, pickled jalapeños and cilantro over the top.

Enjoy with a margarita, obviously 💫
