Gorgonzola Dip
Chip and Dip for Game Day- Groundbreaking….. But what about the most bomb Gorgonzola Dip served with Buffalo and BBQ Chips. Boom. I feel like I am always turning to cold dips when entertaining due to practicality, and this dip is practical. Serve with chips, veggies, wings, as a sandwich spread , or even thinned out a bit for the best blue cheese dressing. Done!
1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 mayonnaise
1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Tabasco
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons minced scallions
1 tablespoon minced chives
4 ounces crumbled Gorgonzola
Mix all ingredients except the Gorgonzola in a medium-size bowl with a whisk. Then, fold in the crumbled Gorgonzola.
Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes to let flavors combine.
