Honey Deuce

The US Open kicks off tomorrow, and in case you don’t have tickets to attend we highly recommend watching at home with the event’s signature cocktail, the Honey Deuce. These can easily be batched out to serve a crowd! This cocktail is sure to be an ACE - pun intended :)

1 1/2 oz vodka
3 oz fresh lemonade
1/2 oz Chambord
3 Honeydew Melon Balls

Slice your honeydew in half and remove seeds. Use a melon baller to make melon balls to garnish. Tip: Start with the flat tip of the melon baller lined up with the flat surface of the melon to ensure the roundest balls possible. You can slice off the layer of fruit that has been completed to start with another flat surface to optimize the fruit. Thread three balls onto each skewer and place in the freezer until ready to serve.

Fill a chilled highball glass with cubed or crushed  ice and add vodka.

Top with fresh lemonade and raspberry liqueur.

Garnish with a skewer of frozen honeydew melon balls.
