1 wheel of Brie
2 Tablespoons honey
Crackers of baguette for serving

Use a serrated knife to slice the rind off the top of the Brie.

Place the Brie cut side up in a microwave safe bowl.

Microwave until cheese is warm and starting to bubble, 1-2 minutes. Drizzle with honey and serve.
