Spiced Bar Nuts

The perfect accompaniment to any cocktail and exactly what all hostesses need to have on hand for impromptu enjoyment!

Spiced Bar Nuts (adapted from @unionsquarecafe)

2 cups assorted unsalted nuts
2 Tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Roast nuts on baking sheet for 10 minutes (monitor them, you don’t want burnt nuts!)

Combine the rosemary, cayenne, brown sugar, salt and melted butter in a bowl.

Toss toasted nuts in the spiced butter and let cool completely. They will be chewy when warm from the oven but will harden as they cool.

Enjoy with a cocktail!
