Chunky Granola

I have made this recipe 1 milllllion times! It’s great on top your favorite yogurt. Great to munch by the handful and great to gift!
And so easy, your kids can make it by themselves!
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup blanched slivered almonds
3 tbsp oat flour (or a flour of your choice)
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated or ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Add wet to dry. Mix! Spread onto parchment lined sheet pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes or until starting to golden. Enjoy!
