Raise your hand if you’re in favor of bringing back the early 2000 trend of dessert martinis 🙋🏼‍♀️ No, this drink is not Irish. No, you don’t have these ingredients on hand. BUT, it is green. And tastes like mint chocolate chip ice cream. So we thought it would be fun to make it this St. Patrick’s day week. We “lightened up” the original cocktail by adding some vodka (no shame) and using half and half instead of heavy cream. It’s F U N 💫🍀💫

Makes one drink

1 ounce creme de menthe
1 ounce white creme de cacao
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce half and half

Mix together over ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with shaved chocolate 💫🍀💫
