Jiggly Jello Hearts

1 Bottle Bouvet Sparkling Rosé

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

3 packets of unflavored gelatin

Combine the sparkling rosé, sugar, and lemon juice in a pot over medium-low heat. Whisk continuously until the sugar has completely dissolved.

Add the gelatin to the pot and whisk for a few minutes until combined. Do not let the mixture boil.

Ladle the sparkling wine mixture into heart-shaped silicone molds and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours to set.

Pop jello hearts out of the silicone molds, let them jiggle and enjoy!
