Mixed Greens with French Vinaigrette

MIXED GREENS WITH FRENCH VINAIGRETTE💫 If you have ever been to a French bistro they will often serve your dish with a small pile of dressed greens. The dressing is often very acidic and the greens perfectly accompany your entree. When having a dinner party we always sever simple greens dressed with this vinaigrette- it’s simplicity perfectly cleanses your pallet and guests are always commenting how good it is. Make sure to pick beautiful greens and use great olive oil.

Served 8

For the dressing:

3 garlic cloves, finely minced

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 Tableapoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Fresh Ground Pepper

1/3 cup good Extra Virgin Olive Oil

15 oz Mixed Greens

Combine the garlic, vinegar, Dijon, salt and pepper in a bowl or jar. Give it all a whisk. Then slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking.

Lightly salt your salad greens. Drizzle half of the dressing over and toss. Then add additional dressing as desired.
