Pear Bourbon Buck

Have you ever heard of a buck? It is basically any cocktail that combines a spirit, citrus juice and ginger beer. This version uses bourbon, pear juice and lemon juice and it is so delicious and the perfect fall cocktail! Or on point for Thanksgiving!

We batched this cocktail out in a @halfpastsevenhome x @maisonvenu pitcher that is etched with ferns and perfectly sized for batching cocktails!

Serves 8
In a 64 oz. pitcher:
12 oz bourbon
18 oz pear juice
6 oz lemon juice
18 oz ginger beer
Pear slices and candied ginger for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a pitcher. Stir and serve over ice.

To make one (large) cocktail:
2 oz bourbon
3 oz pear juice
1 oz lemon juice
3 oz ginger beer

Add all ingredients to a glass filled with ice.
