Radish Butter

Y’all…softened, salted better made even more indulgent with bright fresh radishes! The butter tones down the peppery flavor of the radishes and the sea salt takes it to next level lovely. A very springy and very French combo. We pulsed the radishes in a food processor making this lovely butter come together in just a couple of minutes. Spread on toasted baguette, sandwiches, crackers, or even fresh radishes! Enjoy!

1 cup fresh radishes, trimmed and halved
1 stick really good salted butter. We used @vitalfarms
Flaky sea salt to taste

Wash and dry the radish bulbs. Cut in half or quarter. Place radish bulbs in a (mini) food processor and pulse until pretty finely chopped. Put radishes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze, squeeze, squeeze as much of the liquid as you can from the radishes! Add to the softened butter and mix well. Sprinkle in salt to taste!

Serve at room temperature.
