Ranch Crackers

Wrapping up our summer “Cocktails and Bites” series with a goodie. We are always looking for a snack to put out on the boat or when we are having people over, and these snacking crackers are a distant cousin to the Cool Ranch Dorito- a bit more stylish but still just as fun 😉 Hands on time for these is about two minutes, so no excuses.

1/4 cup avocado oil
1 packet of ranch dressing mix (don’t worry, most grocery stores now carry a lovely organic, preservative-free version)
1 Tablespoon dried dill weed
Two 8 oz. boxes of oyster crackers

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

In a small bowl whisk together the oil, ranch seasoning and dill until combined.

Lay oyster crackers out on a baking sheet. Toss them with herb mixture until well combined. Bake for 25-35 minutes, until desired browning is achieved. Cool and then serve. Extra crackers keep well in an airtight container.
