White Dragon Margarita

This cocktail! Y’all, it is like taking a sip of key lime pie. The lemon + lime combo. The frothiness! There is nothing more to say. It is a MUST TRY.

Makes 2 Cocktails
4 ounces Tequila Blanco
3 ounce Cointreau or Grand Marnier
1 ounce Lemon Juice
1 ounce Lime Juice
1 egg white
Sprinkle of Tajin

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake. But like, REALLY shake. And then shake again. You need to get that egg white frothed!

Strain into a fancy glass sans ice.
